Our delicious Porcini is tunnel dried to produce a strong, flavorful product that is perfect for any dish you have in mind. Reconstitute the Porcini by simply adding hot water and use them as a sauce for your Pasta, add some rice and make a tasty Risotto Ai Funghi.

Rich, nutty and delicate. Intense in flavour with a meaty texture.

Preparation

Re-hydrate by immersion in hot water for about 10 - 15 minutes. Drain, strain and retain the water to use as a flavour enhancer when cooking.

Can also be re-hydrated in warm milk or wine at room temperature, depending on recipe requirement.
