Our dry chanterelles retain that fruity apricot aroma and distinct floral flavour and are an absolute must with any kind of bacon dish. Re-hydrate by immersion in hot water for about 10 - 15 minutes. Drain, strain and retain the water to use as a flavour enhancer when cooking.
Can also be re-hydrated in warm milk or wine at room temperature, depending on recipe requirement.
